| Customer Reviews: Does't work, can I return it? September 7, 2010 Packer Fan 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
It doesn't work, I would like to return it, but not sure it would be worth sending it back.
NOt happy September 6, 2010 Ladyone1 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this product because I ride my bike for exercise and thought it might help with the dog's chasing me. This did not work for me at all. I used it on my dogs here at home and it worked but only because I was about 2 feet away from them. The range is just not far enough to help me on a bike, and I don't like the idea of letting a dog get that close to me on a bike either, my mistake in purchasing this product with such a limited range.
Unbelievable September 5, 2010 Lea Cawthra (MO) I still can't believe how well this worked. We have two yappy Yorkies that would bark when my husband got up out of the chair, walked into the room, anything would set them off. After using this just a couple of times they are soooo much better. All I have to do now is point my finger and say "quiet"! I don't know how it works so well but I would highly recommend it.
Doggie roulette September 2, 2010 Butch (Oak Ridge, TN) This product works as specified and is reasonably priced.
It might be good for training a specific dog, but it certainly does NOT repel ALL dogs.
e.g. it repelled a rat terrier, but not a mixed breed or Belgian Sheepdog ( who just cocked her head!)
Didn't work on dog, scared the cats :( September 1, 2010 CAM (Florida) The dog next door is a large Boxer mix that barks at everything. I tried this on her, and it did not phase her in the least. She just kept barking, even though I pointed it right at her from only a couple feet away. The neighbors poor cat, though, who was standing next to me, cowered and trembled in fear when I tried it on the dog, and looked at me as if to say "why are you making that horrible noise!?!" So, this is of absolutely no use to me. I like the cat, and don't want him to be afraid. I have nothing against the dog, either, aside from the out-of-control barking...The dog just needs training, but this is NOT the tool to do it, obviously :(
